307 to 403 OLDS

I thought I had an extra 307 VIN 9 one here, but apparently, I do not. They're kinda getting really hard to find.

Inline tube sells one on fleabay. $17.99 shipped. Plus maybe whatever applicable taxes. It's the older metal version repop like the 60s early 70s. But it's for the 6 1/2" balancer which is on the 403. Biggest difference is that you can only see 14 degrees BTDC on the metal one. The plastic one from the 307s were for the HEI CCC stuff, so it'll go up there a bit. If you only need it to go to 14, the metal one will work. It'll bolt up like it was meant to be there.

Here's what the parts book says you should have if you had the plastic dealie. Should go up to like 24 degrees BTDC:

The pointer above is the only one I have seen. I guess luck was on my side. I have flip flopped balancers and tabs all willy nilly, good to know.

Stock rebuilt engine, just swapping the cam.

200-4r, 3:42, Thorson shorties and dual exhaust

JUST A CRUISER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This will be a fun combo, much tire smoke will occur. Just add a 2000 stall converter.
