Yes, if you swap all the sensors, the computer, and the distributor, the 350 can be run on the CCC system. The secondaries of the carb are mechanically controlled as on any other Qjet, so you can put in the richer secondary metering rods from a 350 motor. The other thing you should do is file the stop on the air valves so that they open to a full 90 degrees. The air valves on the 307 carbs only open to 70 degrees.

Note that you will need to retain the O2 sensor.

I would say toss the per-puter. It's less clutter under the hood, and it's way simpler... if you can afford it. I got my non computer dist. for $35 at the junkyard and my edelbrock carb for $40 on here.

ok well im going to need a different dist and carb..thanks for the advice its my first swap and dont wanna mess it up..what vehicle does have the right dist and carb?

First, lets ask why do you want to run the computer? Because as previously stated it can be done and if you have a 307 car, provided nothing needs replacement .... you already have all the parts you need.
Otherwise, you need a carb and vacuum distributor off of a pre-CCC Olds. What trans do you have? Does it have a lockup clutch for the torque converter?

First, let's ask if the car needs to be emissions tested or not...
