A little off topic but an option for mounting instead running bolts into the frame is you use a square u-bolt and open the hole on one end and slotting the other and you basically end up with a pair of studs hanging down, works great on thinner frames that easily strip out.
The "legs" would need to be shorter than pictured but you get the idea.

Now, that's a good tip. I've used the bolt trick, but that requires using a box wrench inside the frame opening. I've also tried nutserts...that's okay, but I like the U-bolt idea.

I just ordered: ACDelco 45G0651 bushings from Amazon for $18 Shipped. Should be here Tuesday.

I'll try to compare the truck bracket to the car bracket when I do the swap.
What is the composition of these bushings? I purchased some MOOG bushings from Rock Auto. They seem to be a kind of composite material.
I do recall you recommending using spacers under the brackets where they bolt on. That's pretty much what I had to do. Otherwise, they seem to want to deform the bushing when you tighten down on them..

Another question came to mind. How are you able to get the U-bolts inside the frame? What method do you use?

Ah, it just dawned on me that once the legs of the U-bolt are shortened, it will fit inside the opening.

You have to slot one hole enough so that you can feed it in and flip it into the opposite hole which would need to opened only a little for it to drop down. if that makes sense.

I have a 36. They work just fine out of the box. no binding.

thanks, I ordered it from amazon.ca and I got a courtesy credit for something so that has got me scared now.....$9.56 but I'll believe it when it arrives....👍
