You have to slot one hole enough so that you can feed it in and flip it into the opposite hole which would need to opened only a little for it to drop down. if that makes sense.
It does make sense. I actually re-read what you posted. I guess I kinda jumped the gun and bypassed that part. Thanks for the great tip.

i used Energy Suspension 9.5168R. perfect fit.

Not bad for 19 bucks!

Thanks for all your help, the bushing kit came arrived this morning....
On my Monte with everything going in that car I ended up changing my grease fittings to 90 degree to make them more accessible.

I ordered the ACDelco 45G0651 36mm bushings and they were $8.50 shipped PER PAIR from Amazon, so now I have a lifetime supply... or I can put new bushings in my TTA.
What is the composition of these AC Delco bushings? Urethane, plastic, etc?
You also mentioned awhile back about using a 1/4" spacer under the brackets to keep the bushings from crushing too much. I'm also using a 36mm hollow bar from a GTA.
I have since cut a few small 1/4" spacers and placed them under the brackets. It does seem to keep the bushings from deforming.

box is marked polyurethane, "polyurethanes are made up of several different urethane compounds"
Steve,
I was asking about the AC Delco bushings that UNGN mentioned ordering.
I think I will end up ordering the same ones that you just got. I like the fact that they're greasable.
