1. There is an idler pulley and a belt tensioner pulley. Change them as those bearings are probably near the end of their lives already.
2. This is only an issue if you retain the A/C compressor, but you may run into clearance issues between the back of the compressor and the upper radiator hose. I used a swivel-neck thermostat housing and a hose for a GMC van to clear it.
Def No AC. I pulled the entire HVAC system out and put a block off plate there. This is just a street car for some shows, burn outs, and my enjoyment. Plus there's a cpl guys around town that think they are all that with their fords and I can't have that..... LOL!!
