That's the right set up! Good for you. Now all you need is a tail housing. Since you need to separate the tail from the main case anyway, why not freshen it up with a rebuild kit? Or has that been done? Nothing like fresh synchonizers and bearings.

Hey Jared- some prices, huh? The way things are getting, I have my retirement fortune right here in my garage!

Yea , not joking

Haha I just got the Hurst mounting plate and rod kit and waited and searched on eBay for the correct shifter. Paid about half price for it, just was listed for a different car. Hurst Shuster's fit a wide range of applications and a lot of part #s interchange from different manufacturers. The ONLY thing I am missing from this whole swap is the stick. Even those go for some outrageous prices. Good Luck on your swap! I'm so giddy to get mine done, but I'm taking my time and being patient. The TH200 in it right now was doing fine when I drove to and from work today.

Awesome Bro , but this isn't a swap ! Original 4 SPD car and it is an absolute nightmare to get parts . Everything was fine until I got to the trans parts . But hey it's my toy and just like like everything in else in life that you enjoy , there's bound to be frustration.
