It's at Dallas South, where my battery was stolen so Lock your car, or better yet have someone sit in it with a loaded gun while you pick.

The title says "blazer", but the car appears to be a malibu wagon:

Had it been in my neck of the woods, I'd be all over it. You never see these cars in the junkyard like years back. So guys....jump on the opportunity and take the parts you need. You never know when you'll come across another one.

Based on the junkyard guy calling it a "blazer", he obviously hasn't seen one in a while, either.

He probably never came across one before....or in his lifetime. How do you mistake a Malibu wagon for a Blazer? I would think he'd be more familiar with various Blazers and of course know the difference.

You have to go to this junk yard, it will all become clear. The guy who runs it has a permanent palm print on his forehead from the amount of stupidity he is surrounded by. The girls working the cash register, they are not stupid and will nickel and dime you to death, changing you for the bolts to attach stuff. With blazer spindles, I take out the ABS sensors or they will charge me. At the other PnP's I just cut the wires short..

I know exactly what you're saying. My local U-Pull- It had a woman working there for years. She may have been one of the owners... I never determined that either way....but she also nickel and dimed you for every little part. That's why I never felt bad about pocketing some of the hardware. You would think they'd throw in some of the smalls with the part, or unit you're buying.
Sometimes you even have to educate them as to what the part really is so they'd be realistic regarding the pricing.
