What do u think of this transmission for 428HP /446Tq , How about dipstick and how does the kick down work by cable?

I have never heard of trans depot before but I went to their website and was satisfied with what I saw. It saves $400 over what extreme gets for their stage 1 and has the same warranty except for beyond the warranty extreme will rebuild their transmission sold to you for $395. Basically parts costs. I don't know if Extreme or owner Lonnie Diers would match the price but it never hurts to ask. I don't think I would use transdepot for behind something that made more that 500 Torque but I would think it would work fine for your ride.
