Yep you are right. IAM going to have some made and I will powder coat them. And I will get you a pic next time IAM at the shop

there are no special front light for europe (in fact they are,cause here are sealed beams
forbidden),the turn signal lights are mostly universal trailer lights,that nobody with sense
for design,want at his car :rofl:

Yes, it's fact that Americans like Euro Lenses and visa-versa. It's very prevalent in Porsches & BMWs (I've got Euro Lenses on my Old 911)

You're very perceptive, and absolutely correct. I've had Euro lenses on my old 914 (and 356). What year 911 do you have?

 
I know that this is an old thread, but I wanted to comment on the color of this car.
In late summer 1978, I ordered my second new car. It was so late in the year that it came through as a 1979 Malibu Classic model.
It was this same color combination, a two-tone blue. Seemed kind of rare at the time, since few people ordered two-tone cars...
I don't remember much else about it, except that it was a v6 automatic with roof rack.
After about ten years, my family outgrew it; I sold it and then saw it in the early 90s parked at a used car lot, ready for a one-way ride to the crusher.
I still wish I would have bought it back, but at the time I had no money...
