I got the taillights done last night, had to give them 24 hours for the RTV to cure. I'll get out there today and get a little bit of video of them in action. Pics to come later today.
Please do....i am still debating on how to do the led's for my taillights since nobody makes plug and plays for the cutlass yet. I have been following your thread and my hat is off to you Jim, heluva job well done!

Scott, thaks for the kind words. I just went out this morning, and the RTV is fully cured yet. I'll give them a few more hours in the sun for the stuff to get closer. I have to pull the car out of the garage some so I can get good video. I can tell you that the boards them selves are super bright, in park and brake! I was surprised and pleased.
I would drop digit-tails an email and see if they have plans on dong a set. They have them for the monte, el camino, and a bunch of other cars. you never know.
Yeah i will probably do that...i planned on just throwing some 1157 leds in there but was having issues with both turn signals lighting up (stupid led blinkers thread). I love the look of the digi-tails. Once again Jim, cant wait to see ur longroof done!

As for the 3D printed parts...the way I see it, they make guns and bionic hands and stuff using this process, so it's got to be sufficient for a few trim clips.

Here it is! The video of the Digi-tail LED taillights completed. For some reason YouTube shifted the video too far left. I have to figure that out. We all know the car isn't done yet, but here is the video. Pics and a write-up to come.

Those are awesome. I'm sure they'll be able to wake up the idiots behind you. Between those and a nice bright 3rd brake light. I like that they're sequential.
Thanks for the demonstration video. I think my Euro lights will end up being phased out eventually. You definitely need some candlepower back there.
