So a question on the headliner material...I need opinions...

I cannot find ph 1719 dark maple material.

I can find ph1714 Maple and 1855 Garnet. Garnet looks to me to be the best match. any thoughts? Has anyone used the garnet ?? how does it look installed?

Just submitted my info to the 83 84 Hurst Registry. It will be interesting to see what comes back. Maybe get some history of the car.
Just got back some info on one of my 84' Hursts...it is #3193 and was built February 29th 1984...there is no 29th of February...its a leap year car...nothing really special but a cool fact...took about a month for the onfo but submitted it right befote the holidays.

Your best bet is to ask for samples of said colors. I'm guessing you don't need to get this done by this weekend...you should have time. Don't let computer colors fake you out. Then try and find a piece of interior fabric that has been protected and retained full color to try and match it to you. Don't get too hung up on the designated color names, although most of the time they try to get it close. Like Maple may very well be a match. Ask for any darker red sample including that Maple one.
