just make a template and drill them out it super easy .i used my front rotors as a template .i would stay with the 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern .also if your going to put that bad asss rear end your car i would do it up with 31 spline axles .if i had to go with 28 spline i would stay with a GM rear end.

have you thought about using F body backing plate and drums. The backing plate installs with the 4 bolts like on the 9" and the drums are the 4.75 pattern
