84 regal build back in progress.. crossmember advice

I have these two plates that came off crossmember, ones kinda rusted through on one side. What are they called and where can I get another, or will a nut and bolt work. Let me know gonna be working on it tomorrow.

I just used solid steel plates under mine to replace those so it wouldn't change the angle.

I'd like to get a new one if possible not sure what best option is

You can get new poly ones but you might be better off just fabricating something to work.
