When I first joined you guys were adamant these cars would never command the premium of the 60s muscle cars. Seems we're well on our way now. 😛
It's not missing. It's been painted body color. And the stripes were applied professionally. By a professional azz clown.View attachment 181113
Missing SS trim and bumper chrome on the front and back. That’s ok. No one will notice.
I'm probably good with someone paying me $35K for my 87. If this di*kwad can get 25, I should be able to swing 35.When I first joined you guys were adamant these cars would never command the premium of the 60s muscle cars. Seems we're well on our way now. 😛
You mean if the asking price was only a bit over twice as much as what I believe it's maximum worth may be?just for the sake of being different,if this car was $10,000 would it of gone this far?
that being said that's a sh*tload of money for whats before us.
Hmmm. Looks to me like the stainless trim around the marker lights is entirely missing as is the plastic chrome strips….It's not missing. It's been painted body color.
I recant. You are correct, Sir. Good eye! I was originally looking at the smaller pics and the rear had the C clips on there. It appeared they just painted over the chrome strips. Who the f**k just puts the C clips on without the rest of the trim? Oh yeah, the idiots that "restored" this particular car.Hmmm. Looks to me like the stainless trim around the marker lights is entirely missing as is the plastic chrome strips….
