I like the performer rpm and I hope to replace my old school performer with one sometime soon. Just not sure about hood clearance though, it's pretty tight as it is. I might have to remove the hood pad. What are the cam specs.Edel brock performer rpm endurashine intake..... because alot of my exhaust is brand new... dual glass packs... rear exhaust was ran correctly..... I'm probably going to try to keep it..... idk thoughts?
2 inch from the looks of it.... and if the rpm doesn't fit.... I'll cowl it.😉 now that I have the transmission. I've got the ram air manifolds on order..... last big thing I'm missing is that rear end.....What size pipe is that? Will the RPM fit under the stock hood?
I'll have to check the build sheet, I went one size smaller than the ram air 400 camshaft as not to ruin the idle.... I'll get back to you....I like the performer rpm and I hope to replace my old school performer with one sometime soon. Just not sure about hood clearance though, it's pretty tight as it is. I wish I had been able to get a 400!I just got my new cam in today from Butler and I am picking up some 6x-4's tomorrow. I think the next few weeks are going to be busy
I've heard of shaving down the heads and manifold to get more compression on the 400...I just got my new cam in today from Butler and I am picking up some 6x-4's tomorrow. I think the next few weeks are going to be busy.
