Been awhile guys, the car got put on the back burner due to some personal issues but now everything is good again. New pictures with cage and light weight parts on!

Also got a 50k mile 5.3 for 400 with dirty dingo relocation bracket for the alternator (no pics, sorry!) And this t56 for 1000 dollars and a 6 hundred mile car ride to Indiana. Not bad!

how did you find a T56 for a grand, does it need a rebuild?

No, guy is building a drag car and wanted it gone. No bellhousing or yoke. Gears look good, shifter runs through the gears and there's no shaft play. Speaking of which, anybody have a t56 bellhousing??
