'86 Elky slow power windows

I've replaced power window motors in this car before, but they are getting slow again. Does anyone make a better replacement unit? All the ads tell you that their unit is the best.......... is there a known good repacement?

Switch to manual windows. Easy solution haha.

I was told once that its not the motor but the the actual switch that should be replaced.
