I see you got my scoop on there, looks cool with the gray contrast to the paint. What color are you going to paint the car?

BTW the speedo is on it's way.

The car stays the same color, the paint is almost flawless, I'm going to paint the scoop to match the car though. More subtle that way. My hood spear turned out sweet too, forgot to take pics tho. Got the 8.5 in and the back half underbody all cleaned up except for the springs, don't have them yet, moving to the front next. Drop spindles, springs, all new steering, etc.

Major benefit of being a tech in an auto repair shop. After hours are my time to play, much to my wife's dismay.
Thanks for the compliments guys.

Wow that looks great!

Been busy on this car, got to get it put away for winter now that the body, suspension, brakes, etc. are essentially done so I can start on the SBO 350 I'm putting in. Enjoy.
F*#CKING rot hole I had to fix on right side of the windshield pillar. Left side was like new. All new weatherstrips are in, etc.

EVERY piece of trim has been taken off, buffed, polished, or replaced. The door panels were redone. I've detailed everything I touch. I'm kind of sad I have to put it away, but this spring I'll be back to rock the drivetrain and finishing touches.

wow that looks great! what is the paint that you are using on your undercarriage? and what is the process? any prep work to those pieces?
