I have a stupid question. Can someone get another one of these and just use that ,after they break the column ? :?:
Just asking because my car has been stolen twice. the third time they failed to find the 2 kill switches.
I am just looking for anything that will delay them long enough ,for me to get a shot off
I just installed a Steadfast collar because you don't have to think about it ,or carry anything . Maybe a combo of these two things would help

Man you know how it is with these punk *ss theives. But every lil bit helps. I gotta get a new lock for my "no wheel No steal" setup. That backed up with the column lock and alarm/hidden kill switch will help with the "peace of mind" and buy some time to get a shot or two off. :wink:

Painted up the swaybar and upper and lower control arms. Taped the bushings off. This is left over paint from the engin bay respray. Shiny but what the hell. Nothin special. These parts are gonna be replaced later on down the road...

Just need to dig out my rear springs and coil airbag kit. The SS rear swaybar will be painted up as well. Exhaust will need to be redone so i can bolt the rear swaybar up. Lil baby steps each day and she will be sittin right. Im up in the air on what motor to drop in. Warmed over 350? 383 stroked? Its just my daily driver so i guess Im not really worried about gobs of power. And I want it to "appear" to be smog legal. Im always gettin pulled over and they make me pop the hood. LOL! I work nights and usually get off around 2:30am. Man they are all under the car and everything. LOL! Thanks for checkin back...

gLAd to CE you living up to the KILLER CAL standards homie!!! great looking work.man i gotta say though i aint never CEen so many peeps with all this "anti theft" devices my anti theft is on my lap at all times,aint never had a car stolen,but been caught slippin on the shaw, paying attention to that fat @$$, instead of my rearview idk,guess i got that homeLAnd CEcurity going on(the homies) :wink: thinks you needs to stop pLAyin and yank that 305 out the BCT,and pull that frame off it,bLAst,por-15,and repLAce/clean what it needs,then add all your goodies(airbags etc) top it off with the 350 from the SS and build you up a LS-1 for the monte.(it is a SS) i finnished my frame off on my el in about 3 months(summer)and it wasnt bad at all.think the BTC deserves it 😀 to us(do-it-yourself-1st timers)its the ultimate expirience!!!food for thought :!: keep grindin and puttin it down for that coveted crown! subscriber till the wheels fall off!!!

LS-1 for the monte.(it is a SS) i finnished my frame off on my el in about 3 months(summer)and it wasnt bad at all.think the BTC deserves it 😀 to us(do-it-yourself-1st timers)its the ultimate expirience!!!food for thought :!: keep grindin and puttin it down for that coveted crown! subscriber till the wheels fall off!!!

3 years ago I was gonna do a LS3 with a hot cam for the SS. NOW...I just want to cruise and enjoy whats in there :wink: Im building a Malibu and will take another look into doing an LS series setup. Now this was waaay before peeps had the kits available to drop em in. Now its an easy swap. The elco will never see a frame off resto. Just a daily driver. A few cans of Krylon or Rustolium maybe. The SS will get the frame off treatment soon. After years of dealing with bullshit *ss shops and sh*t, I just want to cruise and enjoy what I got. Im like the king of projects. LOL! Its time to just get it rolling and hang with my Chevy fam..

Thanks bruh. I didnt even sand it down. I cleaned it with some acetone and primered it. Then some high temp rustolium I had on the shelf. Nothin special. Yeah they are easy to install. I had my Hotchkis front bar setup installed in about 10 minutes on the SS. Just got back from AZ. Shot the irocs out to Chris (Kuruption) and kicked it for a lil bit. Man I cant wait to get a Bu! Soon.....

Yeah sweat....I seen that sneak peak of that RUNT....irocs looking fresh....oh by the way I wont that Polished Gear Lever on ebay...cant wait to put it on...thanks for the info on that....

Congrats. Its a clean looking handle. Easy to install. Yessir the Rocs look nice on Tha Runt. I'll get "Tha Blue Carpet Treatment" another set later. Right around summer time. Im spending all my loot and energy into the suspension right now. Just ordered a fresh set of tail lenses for the ol girl. Then I can mount the led tails. Cant Wait! Ask Chris how sweet the LED's look... I might order a new set of front turn lenses also. Got a sweet project Im working on and a new set of lenses will go hard on that project. Pollo said to swing by and check his sound setup out. Believe me. CLEAN!!! I cant install my sound setup until I mount my 5th iroc in the bed of the El. I want my sub box vented, with the vent aimed in the center of the cabin. 6x9's and amps will be mounted on a wall. This will require me to use the whole smugglers box area. But I'll leave a lil room for the jack, jack stands and tools for the road trips ya dig...
