We already have the front pans. We cut them out of a monte in the junkyard. The right rear pan needs work but not yet sure how much. How much it needs will be part of the decision to either make a patch panel out of stock we have, or buy a rear pan for that side. The left rear pan is still pretty solid and can be cleaned up and treated. The tunnel and brace are in good condition with the exception for a little work needed on the right front seat mount.

I guessing this repair project to be not fully professional, but better than 1/2 assed. Maybe we’ll get it to 3/4 assed. A miss mash of material is fine so long as final result is solid and sealed. It will blend well with the other Frankenstein repairs all the other previous owners have done over the years. 😉

We will be reusing the carpet after an extensive shampoo process while its out of the car. The majority of the padding is shot but no worries there because we snagged the padding from the same monte we cut the pans out of.
