We all thought it, I'll ask it...... How much $$$$ they give you???
 
If you let the insurance company total it and you didnt buy it back its prob on its way to a salvage yard and from there its prob done for. If you didnt want to fix it i would buy it back and sell it somoeone that wants it if it is a rare car like you say.

My 87 looked worse then that after it hit a mule deer. New bolt on parts some frame repair and its looks like before the accident.

it's probably on it's way to the adjuster's friend or brother-in-law or someone...
