Okay, all the above plus, was it stored outside and on what kind of surface? Lots of grass?? Look for rotten floor pans under the carpeting, and rusted body mounts and frame pockets. Also look for various tenants hiding in the various nooks and crannies. Examples can include mice, coons, squirrels, snakes, spiders, and a myriad or other creep-crawlies. Check the wiring closely under the dash. Mice and squirrels both love to chew on the insulation, just because they can. Do the same for the engine bay and particularly down at the starter. One place to check is the heater box as mice can get in there and it is often overlooked until you need heat and then😭
Other things to consider, pull the oil dipstick and the t-mission stick and check them for their respective oils. Sounding nasty here but use your fingers and nose to touch and smell those lubricants; your senses will tell you more about the condition of the fluids than you might think.
Do not try to start or drive it as is. Your immediate to do list, apart from an oil and filter change, needs to include a close look at the brake lines and the fuel lines. Pump out the fuel tank and go fresh. Add a new filter as insurance at the carb but if you go with an external can,. lose the internal filter behind the fuel line fitting on the carb. Two filters here are not better than one. New air cleaner... and the list will grow as others on the board add their items of interest to it.
