Allow me to reintroduce myself (78 Elco slow father/son project)

Got the engine put in for the most part, a first for my son. He's anxious to get it all buttoned up and running but he's got some more saving to do. Waiting on the carb to come back and then onward we go. Here's a pic or two of the latest progress...

Hope yall have gotten some progress done. Would love to hear how it goes when he finally gets to drive it

When I have some photos I'll post. I have a coworker with a 78 El Camino. She was going to finish, but as they say... Life happens. So, should be good starting point for someone here on this forum.
