Alternative steering box

Could somebody correct if I'm wrong.

I know the Jeep steering shaft is a popular swap. My question is- will the entire Jeep steering box swap onto a G-body?
It seems as though I read at one time it was indeed possible. Could someone please clarify this?

Why? Isn't it just another Saginaw box? It's unlikely to be quicker turning...

I was thinking it might be a quicker ratio setup.

if you want a better ratio get a f41 car i believe that came with that code. Other cars id look into fbody maybe.
