alternator wiring

i have the two pin connector alternator just want to make sure i can use it with the stock wiring on the car

I had a CS144 alternator where I had to use a resitor in the sensor wire (brown). I now haav an AD 244 which is not supposed to require the resistor but since it was already there I use it. You should be ok without the resistor.

the stock wiring has resistors on it

Do you mean that your G body had resistors in the wires or the wires on the 5.3.

these are the plugs i have the one on the left is the alternator plug which is a DR44G alt want to wire it to the stock gm harness trying to find an adapter that plugs the malibu plug to the alt or cut off the plug and wire it to the new one
