Holy crap Jack! That's the legendary "Connecting Highway" sticker. Back then EVERYONE had that sticker though most probably never even knew where it was. Then there was Fountain Avenue in Brooklyn, Cross Bay Boulevard, William Floyd Parkway, Ocean Parkway, the list goes on.

Being a Queen's boy, I figured you'd know about the legendary Connecting Highways. I had a friend that used to race out there with a late '60's GTO and his brother had a brand new Chevelle SS 454. It was crazy out there. I was only out there once, but it was amazing.
I knew about Cross bay Blvd., Fountain Ave, 1st Ave, etc. Guys used to meet up at Mitchell's Drive-in in Bay Ridge and challenge other guys to a race.
Street racing was pretty much at it's prime then.

Mikester I told him about LI Musclecar and while google-mapping I found Eddie G's Musclecar in Holbrook. He thinks Eddie G is the one that took him for $900 to rebuild a Q-jet!
