Anyone ever have issues with Amazon Prime shipping?

i know others that have good experiences with amazon prime. however, i dropped them 3 years ago because of delivery issues of "in stock" items. after the 5th or 6th time, i cancelled. sadly, they never asked why. i haven't missed them, there is plenty of other businesses that appreciate me.
