anyone know about this under dash plug

if the lites go on and that plug was not plugged in then I was wrong about those wires being the back up wires...do you have cruise control?

I no longer have cruise control hooked up in the car

cruise control used a blue and a green and a white wire under the dash

Ok maybe that's why it's tucked away. It's been a whioe. Was buttoning up my accessory gauge wiring yesteras and said wait a minute what's that
