um, i think its called getting scammed lol. i wonder if anyone else paid him? we had a guy recently selling boat lifts of people in my marina who were no using theres this season, sold 3 of them for 1000-1500 each, at least he was getting a large chunk of change, i dont get scamming for 37 bucks?? the guy that was selling the lifts is in jail now.......

I don't understand why he'd be trying to scam people for the poly bushings..he's been a member here for over 3 years and it looks like he has sold other items...what he needs to do is to come clean as to what's going on. If anyone here has purchased anything from cutlassjim perhaps they could pm shotgun with any details they have of where cutlassjim lives

It's been 3 weeks since any communication with CutlassJim and I just checked P.M.z.

I got one!

Taking a wait and see attitude at this point.

I got screwed by this guy too... Sent him a payment for a rad mount and never heard from him again! IPm'd him a bunch of times and nothing... It's BS. How do you reverse a payment with paypal?

I opened a dispute with paypal I guess it's just a waiting game now. Three of us got scammed by this clown...

In addition to reversing the paypal payment I would encourage you to take some time and file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) which is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C),and the Bureau of Justice Assistance(BJA).

they were defrauded or from a third party to the complainant. We can best process

Its the cutlassjim thread!lol,but seriously why would anyone do this,i bought a couple items off people who've been on here 3 years and even 3 days! and i havent had a problem like this yet,it just kinda goes to show why sometimes you should and shouldnt trust some people,hope everything turns out ok,hopefully there's an explanation to all who've been scammed.
