Anyone need to waste $75k

Tesla Breaks? Are they electric?🤣
i think they're referring to using master/assist set up's from tesla,it's actually pretty low profile under the dash set up.can't imagine what it takes to make it work though.
that's a lot o' $$$ but it looks like the harder part is done,it's a good start for someone that has the drive but i wonder if it'll bring the asking $

Price is a little steep to me, since the car isn’t 100% finished. Surprised he’s selling the car, after putting so much time and effort into it.

Should be able to view it, even without an account

Thanks for posting it, I can see the post this time.. For some reason in the original post, facebook just shows a blank page with thd you must log in to view message.

$75k is a lot for a build with a niche appeal that is in a incomplete state. A lot of people assume modern powertrain swaps always adds a few more zeros to the value of the car. In reality that isn't always the case.

I’m surprised he has it for sale. It’s close to finish finally, after a lot of setbacks. The engine, trans, and rear are all built and the car is pushing 1000hp, so maybe it’s worth what he’s asking? I’m not sure.

At 1k HP its not really a safe street car anymore IMO. Probably not a popular opinion here but I think ultra high HP numbers like 1k are not safe for street driving like that 1.3k HP Mercury Comet that crashed a couple of years ago. Much of the safety gear mandated by racing bodies are not DOT approved for street driving for a reason. Roll cages are dangerious on the street and many areas ban them on street cars along with 5 point racing harnesses and helmets.

Yeah, he didn't even put a 4L80E behind it, a 3500 stall TH400? Why save a couple of grand here? A big part of both a Hellcat, Demon and GN is you can go down the highway at leisurely rpm. But when you punch it, watch out. Pretty sure a Demon 170 is a better bang for the buck and a more enjoyable drive than screaming at 4000 rpm in an old Buick down the interstate.

I think calling it a hellcat based driveline is a lie when it doesn't have a blower. It's just a Gen 3 Hemi swapped G body with a turbo.

Is there a lot of time and money in the car? Yup. Is that going to be an easy thing to own? Nope. Buying someone's unfinished project is tough when it's known (LS in a Fox mustang for example), but a G3 Hemi in a G body with a th400? Yikes,

That is odd to put a non OD trans in the car, its definitely not a street friendly car.
