My last two Malibus and Caprice had them, well they were Dynomax bullets but pretty much the same thing. They exited out the side on front of the tires(eventually added tailpipes on my current Malibu). I liked how loud it was but my boy was afraid to get in the car so switched to Magnaflows to tame it down.
You can find 18'" and longer glass packs in the 2.25 inch size, which will work fine on your system. The longer glass pack has a nice deep sound and less pop and crackle that give them a bad rep. True duals w/out X or H pipes and cherry bomb glass packs sound great IMO....Ive never heard a system with glass packs and a cross pipe.1984-monte-carlo-ss said:both of those sound pretty nice, i think im gonna end up getting the 12inch long cherry bombs bec thats the only ones i see that have a 2.5inch diameter
now should i get a 2.25in. if i have a 2.5in. exhaust?bill said:You can find 18'" and longer glass packs in the 2.25 inch size, which will work fine on your system.
