Yup! Previous owner tied the frame rails to the hitch mount. It made removing the tank a complete nightmare

Did alot of work over the winter. Complete rearend rebuild with LS f body rear discs, full BMR suspension with front Viking coilovers. The stance is boss now!!!!!
A few pics of my Viking coil overs and UMI control arms for front and rear. Front is Blazer spindles, there is a thread regarding the steering angle. Max Brakes.
Rear has adjustable lower mounting points.
Too early to call for any stance pictures. It's fully adjustable and the ride height has not been determined yet. There is no engine in the car.

List of suspension mods:
Front:
Upper A Arms extended 1 inch at the ears, fully molded and reinforced then chromed.
Lower A Arms reinforced, molded then chromed. Moog bushings throughout.
Spindles reinforced then chromed.
All chrome ball joints, all chrome steering links.
Reinforced spring pockets and welded closed all gaps in spring pockets. 3 ton hopping coils up front with 8 inch Hoppos cylinders with a standard cup. Chrome brake calipers and dust shields. Also chromed the jounce bars.
Rear:
Reinforced spring perches.
Chrome 1 ton coils on deep cups with 12 inch Hoppos cylinders. Reinforced rear frame arches. Adjustable upper and lower trailing arms chromed. Fully reinforced rear axle with power balls welded on for the cylinders then chromed. Also installed Black Magic axle pivots to take stress off the ears on the pumpkin at extreme angles. Brake drums and backing plates chromed. Chrome gas tank cover with chrome straps and chrome spare tire well.
Trunk:
Built and welded in the pump and battery rack, tying the frame together for strength. Color matched to the car. Two Hoppos pumps with #9 gears with vented bearing caps all chrome. 4 Delta dumps chromed with stainless return lines. 6 Napa Group 31 batteries wired up sending 36 volts to each pump, running through 6 Accumax solenoids. All this is controlled by 6 switches...front, back, each side and both rear corners for 3 wheeling.
