Auto Trans and Rear End Oil Change Planned...Questions?

Wow I wish I knew this. I've had to change my converter, then new pan and filter since I've had my car. I've only driven about 200 miles on the car since I bought it, not sure how many were on the transmission got it from Craig'slist. I guess I should start investing in a new transmission haha. I'm also running B&M trick shift transmission fluid. 3000 ptc converter

My understanding is the clutch material in well used fluid help a failing transmission to keep shifting. If your trans only has 90K, I would service it.
