Lazy summer saturday, I woke up at 3pm. Went outside to my car to leave to get some grub, it wouldn't stay running. If I gave it gas, it would stay running. Let off, it would die. Figured out the choke on the Qjet wasn't working depsite never having had a problem with it, even the last time I drove it two days ago. Went to fix it, and discovered that the side of the carb had a hairline crack in it as well as the whole elcectric choke assembly was loose and floppy. After trying for three hours to fix it, and bashing my skull on the hood latch, in a fit of rage I threw it on the ground. About 7 times, now here it is. $333 bucks down the drain... anyone have a qjet from a 350 Buick I can buy for the low low price of free? lol

There are a couple carbs on my local craigslist I could scrounge up some cash for I suppose. Mainly 600 holleys. Wonder how they'd run on my engine...

I have seen plenty of friends do expensive damage to their cars when mad and I have wanted many times to throw, smash and destroy things when I get pissed or rip my hand open but in the end I always just walk away empty handed and come back to it later.
I would try and find a replacement quad, all the Holley's you are looking at are universal and will probably be more trouble than they are worth.

I think 4" might be the backspace you have to measure the bolt circle.

Might be able too. I'd just sell those and try to find some the right size.
