Thats the hope, and the other thing my buddy found out is apparently the Edlebrocks read 1.5 volt lower than they are for some reason for some people99% of the time anything electrical going potato is a ground issue. Get it fixed up and see what it does.
I don't know if it's still in production but at one time 3M sold these clear adhesive transfer strips. how it worked was you would leave the existing foam adhesive on the back of your script and press this transfer on and upon removal it left the adhesive where it needed to be and only where it needed to be.was a time saver.Spoke with a 3M rep a few weeks back and decided that all of the NOS badges for my Cutlass would need to have new adhesive tape applied before installing them on the car. I went with his product recommendation.
I pulled the backing tape on the trunk lock emblem and there was no adhesion at all. So I got the two fender rocket emblems and the trunk lock emblems done before the Bruins / Leafs game. Not excited to do the script badges on the sail panels and trunk, a lot of cutting around letters and such.
