Battery tray removal & replacement

So Im looking to replace my extremely rusted battery tray. What should I expect? Figuring I'll have to drill out the bolts. Other than that will this be a fairly straightforward removal and replacement?

Should be easy. Just a couple of bolts. May have some rust to deal with once it is exposed.

Hey. Should be two bolts on the bottom and two on the side .
