best thing for trim and landau

i need to clean and preserve my landau top but am unsure what would be best for it its original unfaded and uncracked i want to keep it that way

also had a peice of the large polished trim on that goes around the lower part of the car come off driving down the road i grabed it up andnoo scratches (thank you) what would be best to put it on with?
