I saw posted here at one time, someone showed a spacer that was used instead of the front brake dust shields from the blazer, does anyone know where I can order it from ? I found a picture online to show an example

Those spacers only seem to be sold in brake upgrade adapter kits for Blazer spindles.

Kore 3 offers them.
I've been looking for some w/o luck. After reading this, I went to KORE's site but they don't list them as an individual product if they have them. I went through all 15pgs of their products.

Email or call Tobin, great guy to talk to. They may be, may be, available separately. Just not listed on the site.

I guess my logic was the splash shields fit between things. With them removed, alignment could be off by the material thickness (which I don't know is).

It will be, but IMO the difference is negligible. The caliper slides anyway, I seriously doubt you'd run out of travel there. The only other thing is whether there are chanfers or bevels that won't play nice, but that's easy enough to check.
