Blinker Issue

Yea I mean I have the spot on my fuse panel, but no wires running to it. Second image is behind radio hvac. Only thing that comes close to that area is a yellow thing that looks like a relay under the dash right by radio/hvac area.

That's exactly what mine looked like only my top left one was missing. Bought 2 new ones and plugged them in.
 
Found the damn thing was hiding in a rats nest of wiring way up in the dash. All good now. Thank you everybody! No more lighting issues that I'm aware of now its just fixing Power Steering/Fuel Leak from drop down line and replacing some wheel studs then should be back on the road.

around where was this flasher relay? I replaced both the ones on the fuse box and I'm still having issues. my tail lights don't flash but my front lights do. weird.

Sounds like a column plug or turn signal switch issue- front and rear are isolated there
