The inner fender is easy. Just pull the fender off and unbolt them from one another, then bolt the new one on. From the looks of it, you may want some new bolts because you will mess some of them up judging from the level of rust you have. Soak them in WD-40 or something similar before working on them. This would be a good time to check your lower fire wall for rust and repair as needed. The rest is beyond me, but someone else will chime in.

thanks and will check the firewall how hard would it be to just pull the whole front clip off? i know it is easy to take the front clip off a chevy truck but i dont know about a car

The car shouldn't be much more difficult than the truck.

You need to take that vinyl top off so you can repair those areas around the edges of it and see if there's any more damage hiding underneath it.

Well, first you have to ask yourself if you want to put it back on when you're done. If yes, then carefully remove all the trim surrounding the top, and then start peeling and scraping and cutting away till it's all gone. A nice putty knive is great for this. If you don't want to put it back on, then you don't have to be careful with the trim, and then take the rest off the same way. You'll also have to remove your interior trim around the 1/4 glass so you can remove the glass to get the vinyl out from underneath it.

That hood looks like junk to me, I'd replace it with a clean one.
