Looks like a decent car to me. You'd have to look it over good for any rust issues...good rust free Gbodys are getting harder to find in Canada, at least here anyway.

What would your plans for the car be? It's always nice to start with a clean platform.

When I had my 81' Regal I really liked the two tone color and my interior also came in a two tone brown and tan which I believe was specific to this color combo but still nothing special of a car until you make that way.

I'm just concerned of how slow it really is. I don't need a rocket, but I don't want to be regretting it when I merge onto the highway with it (kind of thing).
Mine also came with a pathetically slow 3.8 V6 that couldn't get out of it's own way and I ended up putting a 400 SBC in there to help the motivation.

Here is the ad itself. https://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details.html?adId=1337223403&requestSource=b

The 0-60mph time will probably be north of 10 seconds. My 307/200-4R/2.56:1 Regal was around 12 seconds the first year I had it. After a carb and exhaust it was just a hair under 10 or so. maybe 9. And my vin Y 307 was rated at 140hp stock, with supposedly 200ft/lbs.

So with a V6, imagine that, but slower.

Yeah, its a bit of drive to see it, but I liked the low kms, all original, low price and its something unique looking.

Olds Cutlass Supreme ('76-'88) is still on the top of my list, but will entertain Buick Regal, Pontiac Grand Prix, Chevy Monte Carlo SS or a 96 Chevy Impala SS (used to own one). The right car will come along.
