In my mirrors ???
Every time I wash the Monte there is always some water in the mirrors and as soon as I open the door's it runs down the door.
It would be nice to have it drain out on its own.

Sure you can, there is a fair amount of space behind the mirror.

Got a tip from my Harley riding neighbor: blow dry yo ride with the leaf blower. It gets all the nooks and crannies!

Most wash it yurself places have a compressed air gun for that purpose.....the other thing is there is not much pressure on the water so a small hole may not drain the water, also the hole would have to be bigger than a drop of water. To calculate the size of the hole this is an interesting read...

This may be stating the obvious but the hole will need to be in the low point. I would buy a cheap electric blower rather than drill the mirrors. You can buy one used for $32 shipped on eBay and could probably do better locally at a garage sale or pawn shop if you are patient. I'm not.
