350 buick aluminum intakes are near 400$ and as such never come up used. On a stock or lightly mooded engine it's not necessary besides the 50lbs of weight saved.Buy a used intake save $$ there not on the internals
In my younger years I would have just put the engine in the car. After many years there is no doubt the engine would come apart. You are already going with a new cam lifters and chain, what's another $161.00 for a re-ring kit and piece of mind that everything is right. While your at it put an oil pump booster kit in it.
