hey guys so I got my intake and carb adapter and the studs I got are really short. I have this intake and adapter I would like to return this and get the proper. Anyone have a part number one that comes with a studs the right length.

You shouldn't need an adapter to put a Q-jet on an Edelbrock 2101. It is set up for either square bore or spread bore. Do you just want a carb spacer?

If I recall, Q-jets were fastened down using long bolts, not studs.
Jared's right. That particular manifold could be used with either spreadbore or square flanged carb just by changing the bolt/ stud configuration. Granted you might need to use longer bolts if you're using a carb spacer or adapter. If you're going with a spacer, phenolic would be a better choice than aluminum for heat dissipation.

The Edelbrock 2101 has kickouts to fit the Q-jet. You should not need the adapter.
However, another option is threaded rod and nuts. Cut to length. You could get fancy and round over the ends that will show.

I was at Marken to set up my wheel alignment and checked to see if they had the bolt kit, they don't and said someone was in to check on the same thing so I guess you beat me to it,. Maybe Rudy Held has them in stock 519-662-2821. Maybe I need to get a hood lock so mine don't go missing...😀

Edelbrock sells the bolt kit too. That's what I use on my setup. Two shorts for the back and the talls for the front. Comes with washers and lock washers.
