huh thats weird maybe all they have is obd2 scanners now but the way cannon mutant posted a page ago is very easy, just locate the aldl connector and insert a paperclip between the a and be terminals then put your ignition into the run position, dont start the car.then observe the check engine light, you'll have a series of pulses of a long pulse the a series of short pulses (i.e. flash....flash,flash for instance meaning code 12 which points to no distributor signal, indicative of ignition being on but engine not running)

this link gives most all the trouble codes you will find and their associated meanings
Website says error so I can't view it but I'll try it and see what I get... Thank you

The ccc can go into limp mode and default to full rich if there is a major failure somewhere. You really need a analog dwell meter to see what is happening.

A vacuum leak will make the engine run lean, even with the dwell going full rich, its just a bandaid. Also many rebuilders do not do good jobs, especially carb remanufactures. There are also a lot of low quality rebuild parts floating around that can fail quickly too, like the accel pump seal.

So much useful info don't know where to begin.... Didn't know there was so much to learn on a carburetor I did in fact try to change all of vacuum lines leading to carbaybe I overlooked one.... Much appreciated on your time and knowledge.

Your welcome, but vacuum lines are just the tip of the iceburg with vacuum leaks. Gaskets can leak vacuum like the intake manifold gaskets or carb mounting gasket. Cracks in the intake manifold or carb castings as well as warpage from over torquing the carb mounting bolts. Worn throttle shaft bores can leak vacuum. The vacuum brake booster can leak too. Incorrect pcv valve can cause trouble as well.

find a good book on the feedback quadrajet and read it, the carb isn't that difficult if you understand how it works. Don't take any shortcuts when checking the settings or when making adjustments.
