Trying to replace the 210 carburetor on my 87 cutlass but none of the ones I find have this line connector on the back

That's for the power brake booster. You can just swap base plates from one carb to another or drill and tap a hole into the new carb. Search the number of your carb on eBay. Should find rebuildable cores there.
 
I didn’t think about that. thanks a lot that’s a big help.i got one to rebuild and it doesn’t have hole.i was thinking I could just drill and tap it but now I’ll just change the base plate
