Changing rear Frame Bushings

Hey guys The left Rear frame bushing that sits behind the left rear wheel is busted and banging .. any info on how I can replace this thing . Frame is solid I just dont know what happen the frame bushing just broke in pieces..Is it possible for me to just lift the body of the car up a little and slide the new body bushing in there...

If you're just going to replace one, or two rear body mounts, it shouldn't be a big deal. I've once replaced one of my rear mounts before replacing the whole set.
You pretty much loosen the rear mount bolts and slide another one in there. You may also have to loosen the the bolts just forward of those for additional clearance.
