Cheap out on tools?

I have a mix of tools, SK, Snap-on, Blue Point, Craftsman, Gearwrench, etc. There are a few Proto and some disposable Harbor freight for things I needed in a pinch, but not many. The specialty tools vary in brand (testers, trans and engine tools, etc.). I have blue-point, Snap-On, IR air tools, with some china junk in there, my grinders are craftsman and Ported Cable. Drills are Dewalt and Milwaukie. Lincoln and Eastwood MIGs, TIG, Plasma Cutter, stick welder. Stanly VIDMAR boxes (5), I can go on really.

I hate needing a tool, or having a shitty tool keep me from doing something. I'll only borrow a too once (friends or family), then if I need it again I'll buy. I usually try and buy a quality tool, usually in my case the motto "you get what you pay for" is usually true.
