I like the orange since you can run a clear bulb or led and I also went with the orange side markers to match and the 87' grill.

With the clears, you can use LED switchbacks and have amber turns and clear parking / DLR's.

I was always under the impression those always had to be amber or orange as a driving light regardless of the lens color to be legal.

The corner lights are already already amber. You just don't want to flash a clear light, and switchbacks won't. There is zero chance anyone will write you a ticket or fail an inspection.

I run switchbacks on my miata and i don't give a crap if they are legal or not, because with the LED Clears on, the car is way more visible and it much less likely someone will left turn in front of me. Modern cars have LED Halos all over the front of the car. I can't imagine there is a law that prohibits extra white lights facing forward.

Maybe not on here but I can't tell you how many times my Monte has been mistaken for a GN.
I guess if I get pulled over because someone called and said a Grand National was racing around I will say it couldn't be me I have a Monte.

people ask me as well if it is a GN, some guy got angry with his gf when she pointed at my car and said "look, there is another grand national just like yours"....

With the T-Package badges, I used to get accused of having a turbo all the time. It was called a GN one night by some teens. But ever since the paint job it's been mistaken for a Monte. And it even got called a Cutlass once.

G bodies all look the same to normal people. lol
