Fixed the fuel system tonight.

Long story short, I had it set up as a deadhead system and the regulator wouldn't support that configuration. So I redid it to reflect the preferred method.

Hard to believe I used to make technical drawings in an engineering department and this is the kinda crap I doodle up. But, that's how it works.

LOL - it was just a feed/return issue in the regulator not a fuel leak. I just had to reroute a couple of lines.

Did you go under the plenum with the fuel lines? Or just T into the fronts?

It goes from a -10 AN main feed to a Y-block which splits into -6 AN to the rails (back feed), the rails then empty (from the front) via -6 AN into the regulator, and there is a -6 AN return to the tank. Pretty straight forward.

Ya had me right up to here. Why do you need an additional return off the rails? I would think they would deadhead and the regulator would handle return duties.
